Floating Ball Valve

This product line is used primarily in the Water, Oil & Gas, Building and construction Industries, Chemical and Petrochemical services, among others. axis offers Floating Ball valves to provide positive shut-off while minimizing pressure drop. The highly reliable valve also finds application in power plants and utility water lines systems. Can be customized to handle air, gases and vacuum services. The valve size is available in DN15 to DN300 and #150, #300, #600 #800, #900, #1500 and #2500 pressure ratings with flanged ends.

  • The valve features a mirror-finished, hollow, and solid stainless steel ball.
  • It is equipped with fine-grained PTFE seats.
  • The stem sealing is of high integrity and blowoutproof, ensuring a secure and reliable seal.
  • The valve of fers bi-directional flow control with tight shut-off sealing capability, allowing for precise control over fluid flow.
  • It is adaptable to fit between companion flanges of all popular flange standards, making it a versatile solution for various applications.
  • The valve can be supplied with a matching pneumatic actuator, as well as other accessories such as limit switches and positioners, to form a complete flow control system.
